Conference Facilities

We have two conference rooms available, making it perfect for all types of meetings. Our facilities can cater for both small groups or large exhibitions for 160 delegates.

The Carlyle Suite has a theatre style capacity for 120 delegates, boardroom capacity for 40 delegates, U-shape capacity for 40 and a classroom capacity for 30 delegates.

The suite has its own bar facility within the room, proving highly popular with guests.

The Arnott Room has a theatre style capacity for 30 delegates, boardroom capacity for 20, U-shape capacity for 20 and classroom capacity for 18.

Whether you are looking for a daily delegate rate, 24 hour rate, or room hire only, all rates include the Kirkconnel Hotel standard conference setup.

Alternatively upgrade to the Meetings + package. We can cater for either a three-course lunch or choose from a selection of buffet menus to suit all needs.

We also provide equipment to hire from flip charts, OHP, screens and data projectors.
